Refund policy

All products in the I Hate Shopping Store are digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final for customers outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

EEA Customers

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase completion. By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. Digital downloads are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Non‑EEA Customers

For all customers outside the EEA, digital products are delivered immediately after purchase and are non‑refundable.
